    省錢大妙招

    想吃好吃的又不想花大錢ㄇ

    那烏龜部落格就告訴你一個大妙招

     

    此料理為:豆腐小湯圓

          準備的材料有:

    1.豆腐300

    2.糯米粉300

       全程時間大約為20分鐘

       

        步驟1.把豆腐和糯米粉搗碎並伴均勻

             2.加入少許的水在用手揉成團狀

             3.再將面團揉成小湯圓

             4.最好煮熟就成為原味又可口的小湯圓

    ※備註※  剛主食的湯圓立刻過冷(冰水)吃起來會更有嚼勁

              也可以裹上花生粉.抹茶粉.綠茶粉.糖粉這樣吃起來也有一番風味

     

       花少之又少的材料費  得到最大的飽食感和成就感是不是很划算ㄋ
